Overview
Transfer Studio specialises in custom Direct to Film (DTF) printing. Due to the customised nature of our products, please read the following policies carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order with Transfer Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of DTF printed products, Transfer Studio does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.
Refunds or reprints will only be considered in warrantable circumstances and where required under Australian State and Federal Consumer Law.
Eligible Warranty Claims
We will review refund, reprint, or store credit requests only if:

The product has been misprinted

The product is materially defective

The product has a manufacturing fault
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, along with:

Your order or invoice number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the faulty product
If approved, Transfer Studio will arrange a suitable resolution (reprint, credit, or refund where legally required).
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for organising return shipping

All shipping costs associated with warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Print Tolerances
The following tolerances are considered acceptable within industry standards and are not eligible for refund or exchange:

Print size: ±1cm

Print placement (if pressing services are used): ±3cm vertically and horizontally
(Placement can vary depending on garment size and print dimensions)
File & Design Responsibility

PNG 300Dpi resolution artwork is required to ensure maximum quality. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring artwork files are correct before placing an order

We do not proof or modify customer-supplied artwork

Orders that are approved and paid for are considered authorised for production

Changes requested after payment are not guaranteed
Transfer Studio is not responsible for:

Incorrect files supplied

Colour variations caused by file setup

Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork
Colour Disclaimer

All printing is completed in CMYK
-
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed

We do not print metallic, fluorescent (fluro), or hypercolour inks
If colour accuracy is critical, we strongly recommend ordering a sample print before committing to a larger order.
As a general rule:
If it cannot be accurately printed on a CMYK printer at home, it cannot be printed on our CMYK production printers.
Dissatisfaction with colour outcome alone is not grounds for a refund or reprint.
Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order

Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked
Shipping Policy
Shipping Carriers
Transfer Studio primarily uses Australia Post. In some cases, third-party couriers may be used.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary. Transfer Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier delays

Weather events

Public holidays

Unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Damage & Liability
Transfer Studio is not liable for damage caused during transit by third-party couriers.
Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout.
If shipping insurance is purchased and an item is damaged in transit, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Transfer Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Stock Availability
If a product or material becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Transfer Studio will contact the customer to discuss:

Revised production or delivery timelines, or

A refund where applicable
